International School of Arizona Student Council continues to aid nonprofits in the area!

Scottsdale, Arizona – The International School of Arizona Student Council members are no strangers when it comes to helping those in need.  Most recently, the Student Council assisted with two very well-known nonprofits #LovePup and the St. Mary’s Food Bank.  These two initiatives are part of the Student Council’s ongoing commitment to give back to the local community.

#LovePup was the recipient of numerous donations in kind, including close to a $500 cash donation. The #LovePup Foundation believes that all dogs deserve the best possible home.  This nonprofit dog rescue organization is run out of the Arcadia home of #LovePup Founders, JohnJay and Black Van Es.

ISA Student Council is led by Susan Butler, Math and Science instructor at the International School of Arizona. She states, “Our student council takes pride in assisting and helping nonprofits in the area – this is part of our strong mission at the school and I am very proud to be working with them on various projects”

“We’re thrilled to see our Student Council continue to partner with important nonprofits such as #LovePup and the St. Mary’s Food Bank,” said Head of School, Jason Smith. “It’s wonderful to see our students taking the initiative to give back to the community in such a meaningful way.”
