Michael Bates is a 25-year veteran of the software industry. He has a long history of developing consumer-focused technology with a particular passion for mobile solutions. Mr. Bates was the founder of several software companies: IQorder, sold to Inforspace for 58 Million. Software Marketing Corporation and AutoMap, which grew to combined annual sales exceeding $20 million. Software Marketing Corporation merged with Softkey International / The Learning Company consequently sold to Mattel for 3.6 Billion, AutoMap was sold to Microsoft. Prior to that, he joined PC Globe as Vice President of Sales and drove annual revenues to $8 million within the first year. Mr. Bates graduated from Arizona State University.

Jenny Holsman Tetreault  In 2016, Ms. Tetreault began her role as West Regional General Counsel at US Foods, a publicly traded company, with 25,000 employees, and annual revenues of approximately $23B. In her role, she provides legal services to various functional groups in the West Region (approximately $6B in revenue), including Sales, Finance and Credit, Bankruptcy, Marketing, Human Resources, Contracts, Employment and Labor, Risk, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Litigation Support, Merchandising, and Operations. Jenny also supports the Tax Department from a national perspective.

Ms. Tetreault is very active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Valley Leadership, the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, Women’s Leadership Council/United Way, Esperanca, the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education, Community Legal Services, and Wings of Gold for Sun Devil Athletics (supporting ASU women’s athletics). She is also a very proud member of One Community’s MAB and the First Thing First Regional (North) Council. She is married to Colin Tetreault, and has a son (Connor) enrolled in the Spanish program, and daughter (Madeline), a future ISA student.

Bassel Osmani is a founder-owner and executive director of Pita Jungle, a multi unit restaurant chain across Arizona and California that offers a global-cuisine inspired menu. Mr. Osmani holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in Bioengineering from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering technology (BSEET) from Devry Institute of Technology, as well as a Baccalauréat Franҫais Série C (Mathématiques et Sciences Physiques) from the Lycée Franco-Libanais, Mission Laїque Franҫaise (MLF). An excellent early scholastic experience through the cycle terminal completion at the Lycée Franҫais, coupled with an international upbringing across two cultures, drive Mr. Osmani to be an avid proponent of the International School of Arizona (ISA) mission.

Justin Breece is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley handling the comprehensive financial needs of high / ultra high net worth families, businesses, entrepreneurs and professional athletes. Additionally, Mr. Breece is a Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and Wealth Advisor. He is also an accomplished corporate / securities attorney, with experiences ranging from prominent global law firms to corporate counsel for startups and private equity firms. Mr. Breece’s extensive education also encompasses an undergraduate degree in business from S.M.U.’s Cox School of Business and an emphasis in multi-language disciplines by living and studying in Salzburg, Austria. Mr. Breece is a member of the Commanderie De Bordeaux, Alliance Francaise and the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations.

Michael Schoon is an assistant professor at Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability where he teaches courses on governance and resilience. His research focuses on collaboration to resolve environmental dilemmas, with projects ranging from local sustainability challenges in Arizona to green growth initiatives in China to biodiversity conservation in South Africa. Michael has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and began his career as an engineer in Chicago and Munich. After receiving an MBA from Indiana University, he worked as a strategy consultant for Kurt Salmon Associates in Atlanta, focusing on the retail sector. He then returned to academia to pursue a PhD in Environmental Policy, also from Indiana University, where he studied and worked with Elinor Ostrom, a Nobel Laureate in Economics. Mike and his wife, Lyrna Siklossy Schoon, chose ISA for their two daughters to gain the benefits of language immersion as well as exposing them to multiple cultural perspectives and raise them as global citizens in an interconnected world.

Chris Davey is an Australian, based in the U.S. with a deep expertise in renewable energy and financial matters. He brings an unparalleled depth of experience in the financial markets working with a number of public and private companies and holding numerous executive roles. Since moving to Arizona, Davey has also become a key leader within the business community serving on a number of boards and advisory panels including Alliance for Construction Excellence, the Phoenix Green Chamber and the Arizona Energy Consortium where he serves as Co-Executive Director. 

As President & CEO of EnviroMission, Davey’s involvement has been vital to the development of the first U.S. Solar Tower project, which will be located in Arizona. As part of his role with EnviroMission, he has negotiated a number of Power Purchase Agreements, secured parcels of land with both governmental and private bodies, raised capital to deliver the unique solar tower technology and advocated on behalf of the energy industry. Davey recently co-founded Desert Sky Ventures, a financial services company bringing more than 40 years experience in the financial markets. 

Sarah Moesker is a Managing Director at Slalom, a purpose-driven consulting firm that helps companies solve business problems and build for the future with solutions spanning business advisory, customer experience, technology, and analytics. Sarah is degreed in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, but after a career U-turn has been working in business and IT consulting and software for nearly two decades. Since Sarah’s early years in software (InfoMC and Oracle) and consulting (Ernst & Young), she has had the opportunity to lead large project teams, primarily in large strategic business and IT transformations. As a Managing Director at Slalom, Sarah is able to combine her passion for problem solving with a desire to help local companies push the boundaries of what is possible - together. Sarah and her husband (Thuan Nguyen) chose ISA for their two sons because they believe firmly in the benefits of a multilingual progressive international education.

Stephanie Maderazzo serves as a member of the executive leadership team at two successful businesses – Canyon State Electric Co., Inc. and Mister Sparky. In other business accomplishments, Stephanie founded and managed Arizona Outdoor Fun. During Stephanie’s time with the company from 2007 to 2016, it became the largest ATV/UTV tour company in the valley. As the ISA Finance Manager she works in partnership with the leadership team to maintain compliance with all financial activities. Despite Stephanie’s career and business successes, her most important job is being a mother to her three beautiful boys which attend ISA.  She devotes all of her free time to her children and is dedicated to providing them with the best life.

Jenna Mitby-Manning is a Senior Director of Strategic Consulting at Epsilon, a data-driven marketing company committed to helping clients reach the right consumer at the right time. Jenna holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, a MS in Communications from Boston University, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Jenna and her husband, Kevin Mitby-Manning, are avid travelers and chose ISA for their children because they believe in raising global citizens.   

Kelly Hedberg is an attorney at Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA where her practice focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Before focusing on coverage, her practice concentrated on insurance defense in complex commercial litigation and personal injury cases. She is also actively involved with an international network of law firms where she acts on the Insurance Steering Committee. During their undergraduate studies, Kelly and her husband, Matt, attended Semester at Sea; a study abroad program that circumnavigated the globe, stopping in countries such as Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Turkey, South Africa, Kenya and Morocco. It was this journey that instilled their appreciation and motivation to expose their daughters to a multi-cultural education and raise them as global citizens.
