Volunteering

We are still looking for volunteers to assist us with a variety of tasks for the soiree. Here is a list of areas where we could use some assistance:

 

Opportunity Time

Wednesday Morning Drop-Off

Soiree Table (1-2 volunteers)

on Date, Date, Date

 7:30 - 8:30am
Event Night  

Set-up

(4-6 volunteers to set up)

 1:00 - 5:00

Check-in

(2 volunteers to check-in Soiree guests)

 5:30 - 7:30

Runners

(2-4 volunteers to clear auction tables & prepare for check-out)

 7:30 - 8:30

Check-out

(2 volunteers to check-out auction winners)

 9:00 - 11:00

Pick-up

(2 volunteers to assist winners pick up items)

 9:00 - 11:00

Clean-up

(2-4 volunteers to assist in cleaning up the event)

 11:00 - 11:30
