Ms. Debbie Blum, Community Liaison-Front Desk-Marketing Assistant
Ms. Blum, originally from Southern California, She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Human Resources Management. She became VP of Human Resources in the tech industry before deciding to change her full-time focus to her family. Since that time, she has lived in California, Georgia and Arizona and has run her own small business, earned her Real Estate license and been an active community volunteer. Her passion is working in schools with students, parents and teachers and building bridges between the schools and the community.
Rachel Peralta, Director of Accounting and Human Resources
Ms. Peralta is a native of Arizona. She attended Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. She loves sports and dedicates some of her time to high school hockey and the YMCA. She joined ISA in the Fall of 2015 after working as the business manager for her family’s business for over 20 years. Her experience includes all aspects of accounting and human resource management.
Stephen Burke, Director of Facilities
Mr. Burke has over 10 years of experience in Operations and Facilities management. He received his BS in Humanities from Northern Arizona University and is currently working on his MBA/MSL through Grand Canyon University.
Kelley Dieterich, Front Desk Administrative Assistant / Early Childhood
Ms. Dieterich, originally from New York City, attended Nova University and Wheelock College to obtain her Certification in Early Childhood Development as well as Administration Management in Child Care. She has served as a teacher and, over the last 24 years, as Director of Early Childhood Learning Centers in Florida and the Valley.
She volunteers at Horse Rescue Ranches and at Horses Help, which provides Therapy to children with autism, hip issues, as well as to our Veterans. She loves to travel and spend time in Florida with her grandchildren and family!
Miriam Oulare, Administrative Assistant to the Head of School
Ms. Oulare is from Guinea. She earned a Bilingual Administrator diploma from Jayee Professional Training Institute in Accra, Ghana and has over 10 years of experience in administrative functions.
She has worked in Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Kenya.
She joined ISA after immigrating to the United States in early 2014.
