Micheline Dutil-Hoffmann, Head of School 

Micheline Dutil-Hoffman was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, of French Canadian parents. A move to Toronto in her teenage years enabled her to become proficient in English. Micheline studied Spanish in high school and university and dabbled in German as well. This love of communicating in several languages lead her to become a French Immersion teacher in Toronto. She became a Vice Principal and later a Principal within the Toronto Catholic District School Board. She has a Masters of Education degree from Mount St. Vincent University in Critical Literacy. Micheline enjoys sports and outdoor activities. During the summer months, she enjoys spending time sailing and cruising on Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River.

Agnes Quinney, Business and Admissions Director

Mrs. Quinney is married with two teenage children who have both been educated at international school in Geneva. After attending private school in France, her professional background spans over 20 years in the field of Marketing & Communications, Change management, Consumer goods, Information Technology and Public sector. She has worked on international projects for organizations in Switzerland, France and the UK. She has a particular interest in corporate sustainability and private/public partnerships. Agnes is results-oriented and passionate about inspiring others to achieve their best. She is also highly adept at bringing together people to work towards a common vision. In her leisure time, she loves to travel, read and spend time with her family.

Stephanie Maderazzo, Finance Director

Stephanie Maderazzo serves as a member of the executive leadership team at two successful businesses – Canyon State Electric Co., Inc. and Mister Sparky. In other business accomplishments, Stephanie founded and managed Arizona Outdoor Fun. During Stephanie’s time with the company from 2007 to 2016, it became the largest ATV/UTV tour company in the valley. As the ISA Finance Manager she works in partnership with the leadership team to maintain compliance with all financial activities. Despite Stephanie’s career and business successes, her most important job is being a mother to her three beautiful boys which attend ISA.  She devotes all of her free time to her children and is dedicated to providing them with the best life.

Adeline Pearson, Operations Manager

Ms. Pearson has a degree in International Studies and Nonprofit Management from Pepperdine University, and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Colorado. She taught preschool and middle school through AmeriCorps, and has worked for nonprofit organizations such as Americans for the Arts and the National Coalition for the Homeless. She learned Spanish while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She and her husband relocated to Scottsdale in 2017, and she is happy to be part of the ISA team.  

Cynthia Bills, Admissions Coordinator

Ms. Cynthia Bills has been in the field of international education for 15 years as both a paraprofessional and instructor of all ages in both French and English as a Second Language. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona in French.  She received her Maîtrise from the Université de Poitiers in Anglo-American literature and taught French at the University of Iowa. She is bilingual in both English and French and speaks some German and Spanish. She previously worked as an international student advisor and managed an international language school in Las Vegas. She is passionate about international education and raising her kids with a bilingual education.

Genna Myhre, Programs Manager

Genna Myhre was born and raised in Telluride, Colorado and moved to Santa Barbara to attend college there. After graduating she lived in Santa Barbara for ten years and worked as an Activities Coordinator for EF International Language School. Following her passion for teaching, she received her TEFL certification and taught ESL for five years. She then moved on to work for a non-profit called Social Skills of America where she taught social and business etiquette skills to High School students in Santa Barbara County. She recently moved to Scottsdale to be closer to family and loves working at ISA. When she isn't at ISA she is with her super active 1 year old boy, hiking and playing outside whenever they can. 

Julie Camp, Administrative Liaison

Mrs. Julie Camp was born in Seattle, WA but grew up mainly in Wadsworth, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Arizona State University. She has lived in New York City and was a Broadcast Producer for an ad agency. Since relocating to Arizona, she was an Operations Manager at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and the Well & Being Spa. Most recently, Mrs. Camp worked for the Paradise Valley Unified School District in the following roles: Duty Aide, Clerk and Middle School Registrar. Julie is married to Seth, and they have two children, Jack and Leah. She loves music, movies and enjoys all types of cuisine. Julie constantly strives to achieve a life and work balance which includes a dedication to the ISA community.
