Blending Joy and Learning!

  • It's Read Across America Day and a great day to honor Dr. Seuss!
  • Our growing readers enjoyed having the opportunity to say Happy Birthday to the one and only Dr. himself!  (special thanks to Mr. Kobierski)
  • Of course, we spent our day exploring other disciplines as well.  Our young scientists were thrilled to see the activity inside their bug aquarium magnified with the use of a digital science camera!

Class is composed of a standing balancing series followed by the flow portion of class (Vinyasa) that will include chaturangas (high to low push-ups),  inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body. We end with the floor series complete with core work, hip openers, inversions and the proper postures that encourage maximum mobility.  Class will be fun and effective, with a strong focus on proper alignment to set students up for success and prevent injury.
